Issuer partner, gift-card retail reseller, or crypto donor onramp — each has a distinct integration path, revenue model, and diligence bar.
You already run a payment or issuance rail — a stored-value card platform, a payroll benefits program, a corporate rewards service. You want to add advanced-intelligence access to what you offer without building the provider integrations yourself.
What you get: a white-label API surface that mints Your AI Access cards under your brand. The recipient sees your brand on the redemption page; the underlying provider integrations are ours. You collect the buyer relationship, we handle the network.
Revenue: you set the markup on your end; we take the base 3% program margin. Everything above that is yours.
Diligence: full KYB required. We prefer partners with an existing money-transmitter license (or MSB exemption in your jurisdiction) — we do not want to take on transmitter obligations by proxy.
Issuer partnerships are relationship-heavy and are not self-serve. Email bill@bdsrvs.com and put "Issuer partner" in the subject.
You operate a gift-card retail surface — a physical rack in a grocery store, a digital marketplace like Raise or Fluz, a corporate rewards catalog like Tango or Blackhawk. Your AI Access cards belong in your inventory alongside Netflix and Xbox because the underlying use case (subscription access for people who cannot pay monthly) is the same.
What you get: a bulk API for provisioning card codes on demand, with a real-time balance check endpoint your registers can call. Cards are pre-loaded with face value; you charge your normal retail markup on top.
Revenue: distributor commission negotiated case-by-case. Standard is 4-8% of face value depending on volume and physical vs. digital.
Diligence: standard vendor onboarding — MSA, W-9, insurance certificate. We can go live on a pilot channel within 2 weeks of contract sign.
Email bill@bdsrvs.com and put "Retail reseller" in the subject. We will send the standard MSA and a technical primer within 1 business day.
You want to donate BTC, ETH, USDC, or USDT to fund scholarship credits — for a school district, a workforce program, a specific cohort. We accept the donation through a 501(c)(3) partner, convert to USD at fair market value at the time of transfer, mint scholarship credits, and email you a tax receipt.
What the recipient gets: access cards funded at 100% of the donated value, less the on-chain gas cost of the donation. Grants can be earmarked to a specific school, program, or cohort — or left open-pool for the fund committee to allocate.
Tax treatment: deductible to the extent allowed by IRS rules for crypto donations (fair-market-value basis at time of transfer, plus you avoid capital gains on the appreciated coin).
Diligence: the 501(c)(3) partner handles KYC on donations $10K+. Smaller donations flow through the direct crypto rail without additional friction.
U = m·g·h · capital sitting on-chain is potential energy waiting to convert into work.
The crypto rail is being finalized with our 501(c)(3) partner (target live date Q4 2026). Join the waitlist at /scholarships; we will email the moment the wallet address goes live.
